Are your products safe for children and pets?

Yes, 100% natural and renewable wool is used to make every product we sell. Wool has many advantages; it is hypoallergenic, biodegradable, and environmentally beneficial. They also have resistance to stains and water, in addition to being odor-resistant. They can also regulate their temperature, being warmer in the winter and colder in the summer.

Additionally, we avoid using any dangerous chemicals in our products and only use Azo-free dyes, so all of our items are perfectly safe for both newborns and pets

Are workers at Yarning Wools given fair wages and have good working conditions?

All craft items are made in our factory by our felt artists in safe and transparent working conditions. Yarning Wools is the Fair Trade Felt Company of Nepal. All artists receive thorough handwork training and excellent instruction at no cost. As a result of our steadfast opposition to child labor and promotion of decent working conditions, we have consistently received worldwide accreditation for the fair trade GoodWeave sustainability concept. Are products from Yarning Wools customizable? If yes, how do I process it?

Indeed! We welcome you to customize or personalize your order. You can make requests for other sizes and colors in the message box during the checkout process. You can contact us about your order by email, WhatsApp, and other social media sites, or you can write more notes there.


What do I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We ask that you contact us three days prior to the arrival date if there are any damaged or inaccurate goods. If a broken goods or an inaccurate order are delivered to you, you will receive a refund.


How long does it take for it to ship?

For the shipment, we use different shipping companies for different countries.

  1. DHL normally takes up to 4-7 business days, depending on the country

  2. Skynet normally takes up to 7-10 business days, depending on the country

Do we receive any order confirmations after placing orders?

After you have placed the order, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the order. Your order will then be verified by our sales team within 24 hours.

What is the turnaround time for order processing?

It usually takes us less than a day to check and provide confirmation after we receive your order. It will only take two to three working days if the ordered items are already in stock before they are shipped. If not, it may take two to three weeks for the manufacturing process to be completed before shipping.

Please be aware that custom orders may require up to four weeks to complete, depending on the size, complexity, and quantity of the order.

Applications for wholesale are accepted for any product order quantity that exceeds the maximum amount listed on the website. Following that, you will have the necessary data and catalogs. After that, you will be assisted by our sales team in the negotiation process. Following the signing of the final agreements by all parties, order placement, payment, and production can begin.
